With the sense of “rap” meaning “rap on the door for friendly chat” I like the whole poem. I’d hate to think of it as a “rap on the door by a policeman” for her innocent salsa. If so, I hope she beats the rap.
Good image I can see it clearly and jovially in my mind. AND – not to leave out my favorite delight in poetry – really good cadence.

of course when you dont have time to cook, fastfoods would always be the best option …
