Every Day Poets is proud to present the Table of Contents for November. We have tried to offer a contrast of style and content, day to day, which we hope you will find interesting, maybe even surprising.
What the poems have in common is that they are all well crafted; words charged with the full power of their meaning. As they are presented one by one, you can savour their intensity, wit, beauty and energy–well, you wouldn’t stuff chocolates with different centres into your mouth all at once, would you?
Readers of Every Day Fiction will doubtless recognize some of the authors here, like Jeanne Holtzman who appeared in the first issue of Every Day Fiction and now, in our first issue too. There are many new names and so many refreshing perspectives.
Constance, Nick and I have had fun choosing this selection. Thank you to our contributors. This is about you. Keep them coming.
Enjoy the poems. Live with them a moment and then let them live with you.
