OH, GIZMO • by Errol Nimbly

I’m in love with my brand new cell phone,
It’s a RAZR and bad to the bone,
And I can’t help but dance
To that buzz in my pants,
When it hums on pulse vibrate ringtone.

At present Errol Nimbly’s muse appears as a libidinous Limerickian leprechaun. Errol works less and less as a library custodian these days, as his fledgling detective agency, Furtive Fotos Ltd., is keeping him quite busy of late.

    Errol writes limericks quite funny,
on subjects so cheerful and sunny.
When he wrote of a phone,
That was bad to the bone,
it also was risque and pun-y.

Gave that one a five. Yours, too, Errol. ;)

What did I say the other week? No fair writing poems about poems? Ah, well – who listens to an editor anyway… I’m sure she’s a very pretty phone, Errol :)

God Errol you’re absolutely fabulous. You should come to the Green Door in old Montreal on Friday. I am getting together with Mordecai for a glass wine and old school handwringing. We’d love to have you. We’ll dredge the St. Lawrence for the corpses of lost loves and discuss that buzz in your pants.

You seem to have got the ladies’ numbers, Errol, old chap. And given ‘em a buzz.
