You are lucky to have reportage of "real news." Mine seems to concentrate on school scores, and sports only. I read poetry like yours to find out what the world is really like. I guess your poem is a warning to guard one's tongue, but --there I go again. I wish the newspapers would report dabating team scores, I would take some interest. People should learn how to argue. I have been off wordpress and a whole lot of other things because I'm busy house hunting. Had no idea about the wordpress hacking. This is scary. A warm thank you folks for reading and your kind words. The war was from a newspaper report - a couple had quarreled, the wife hung herself and the husband went mad with grief. A lot of my poems and stories come from real life news that I either read or watch on news channels. Good grief!
